Maintained by the Department of Colonial Affairs (DCA), the DCA Database contains essential records and documents related to topics of note for all members of the upcoming Outbound Hope Mission.

Historical records, starship specifications and mission documents are considered in-game resources. While short stories are considered “canonical” for in-game purposes, they will not be readily accessible to players during the event.
